MV Custom Building is a General Contracting and Carpentry contractor serving the Portland metro area. 

Our projects range in scale from custom residential new construction to remodels and carpentry work. On every project, owner Martin Van Dyke is the project manager or lead carpenter, and is personally involved in every phase of construction. We work with experienced subcontractors and trades-people to ensure that your home, room or outdoor project is completed with the highest level of quality and crafted with pride.

Martin is a native Oregonian with 20 years of experience building in Portland. Before starting MV Custom Building with his wife, Karla, he worked as a carpenter & project manager with Portland design/build company Green Gables Design & Restoration, Inc. This experience gave him a deep appreciation for good design & quality craftsmanship.
